Emily Holtom is an English Literature and French graduate from the University of Liverpool, currently in training as a secondary school French teacher. She is a poet, fiction writer and all-round literature enthusiast. If there's a dramatic plot twist, an underestimated female protagonist or just a semblance of chivalry, she's probably memorised the whole book. With several years writing experience and a bookshelf that's full to bursting, she firmly believes that everyone has the capacity to write, and should do just that!

Emily is a lover of theatre and of the performing arts, and can be frequently found onstage or in a dance studio when she can tear herself away from her latest read. Writing professionally has always been on her bucket list, and blogging puts her halfway there. When not studying, Emily lives near Birmingham, England, with her close family and five dogs.

Bethany Lamb is a 21-year-old living on the north-east coast of England, currently in her 4th year at the University of Liverpool, where she studies French. Having just completed a year at the Sorbonne in Paris, specialising in French Literature and Editing, she has a particular interest in international literature. Following the latest fiction releases and book awards seasons for inspiration has become somewhat of a hobby, and when she hasn't got her head stuck in a book, she can be found on the beach with her family and their dogs.
